  2. Go to Advanced Settings and right-click on the Inbound Rules to create a new rule.
  3. Select the correct port and make sure that the TCP is selected, followed by entering the correct port number.
  4. Choose Allow Connection and ensure that all the profiles are displayed properly.
  5. Now, give a name to this rule and create Outbound Rules similarly to resolve the QuickBooks Desktop error 12002.
